Darryl Hilla

Darryl "Butch" Hilla, 71, born in Rogers City, Michigan on May 24, 1950 has gone to be with the Lord.  On September 1, 2021 he was called to return home.
 
Butch was preceded in death by his lifelong partner, Lupe Balderrama of Tularosa; his mother, Shirley Hilla, and father, Edward Hilla, both of Rogers City, Michigan; his kid brother, Jimmy "Cricket" Hilla, of Gaylord Michigan.

Surviving him is his daughter, Jessica (Anthony) Hernandez of Tularosa; his sister, Wendy (Dan) Glomski of Hawks, MI; Paul Michael (Katia) Glomski & twins; his brothers, Charlie and David both of Rogers City, Michigan.

His greatest love was his 6 grandchildren:  Courtney Lemly of Alamogordo, Gaige Romriell of La Luz, Lupita, Anthony Jr., Ramona and Bonnie Hernandez all of Tularosa; and his 2 great grandsons, Donovien and Carlos Lucero of Alamogordo.

The Hilla family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
