Harold J Stephens

Harold J. Stephens, 87, a long-time resident of Alamogordo, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation in El Paso, Texas.  Mr. Stephens was born July 6, 1932, in Okemah, Oklahoma. 

Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Stephens of Mesa, Arizona; a son, Shawn Stephens and his wife Lupe of Merritt Island, Florida; and two grandchildren, Jennifer Stephens of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Nathan Stephens of Merritt Island, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Stephens, his mother and father, Ethel and Dee Stephens, and four brothers:  Winford Stephens, Lowell Stephens, Sonny Stephens, and Buck Stephens. 

The memorial service for Harold Stephens will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Scenic Chapel followed by a celebration of life at the Eagles Lodge, 471 24th Street, at 6:00 pm.

Burial will be at Monte Vista Cemetery Monday, May 23, 2022, at 9:00 am.
